"I wish there was an option for zero stars. It is extremely disappointing to see the lack of customer service and communication from your company. As a customer, I should not have to go through such an ordeal just to get an update on my package that said out for delivery two days ago. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration on my end. Never Again."

"DO NOT DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! Absolutely horrendous experience. They are no longer at this location. This is an actual scam they stole my product and won’t let me get in contact with them. Customer service at Los Angeles gives me a different fake answer every time I called! Not only was it late, they never gave updates Days go by my package never delivered with no one to talk to. Horrible way to run a business. They even hang up on you if you are on hold for a while."

"This trucking company has the absolute worst communication I have ever experienced. They told Sam's Club representative that they were about 10 days behind schedule. At the time they made that statement they had my item in their possession 27 days. After 21 days they finally sent an email on a Monday saying that the item would be delivered on Friday between 10am and 6pm and someone must be home to receive the shipment. We waitied all day for them to show. They did not show, they did not call. 4 days later we still had not heard from them. So after 27 days of calling them and waiting for someone to call back, of which no one ever did, we canceled our order with Sam's Club."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered a spa cover from strong spas 9/28 they shipped it out 10/19 it was supposed to be delivered 10/26, it’s never came. Online the tracking information is terrible the customer service is even worse. When I called they routed me to 3 different numbers within their department and basically told me if it comes it will and won’t provide any updates. I paid 275 for shipping so this is ridiculous. I wish they could get my order resolved but looks like I’ll have to file a claim with strong spas to get my money back since they lost my package or as I was told “it’s there at this location they just don’t know it.” Never go through a company that uses them just find some place else."

"Terrible company service!!! I was told my package would be delivered by the end of the day. It did not come. I was not notified of the delay until the next morning...and it did not let me know when to expect it. An adult needs to be home to sign for it. We have things to do besides waiting every day until it comes! Even the tracking info is terrible. No updates posted until the next day (if you contact them)."
