"The salads are good, but that’s about it. The company lacks customer service and never responds. I have had issues with portion sizes, delivery timing, quality of a proper meal and communication. They garnered multiple good reviews using the business model - where you collect good reviews after the very first delivery (via constant emails). Only Salads are fine, but overall service is poor. I have switched over to a different meal service."

"Food is decent, I prefer the salads as I felt they were more filling than the dinner plates. Customer service is responsive and helpful. A few things made me cancel my subscription: only Sunday pickup means those who work on the weekends have to pay an extra 20 bucks for delivery because there is only delivery option on Mondays. Also, my apartment complex entrance is locked and even after communicating that, deliveries still happen when I'm at work- which just forced drivers to leave bags outside building (my most recent bag was stolen- not the company's fault, but still :( ). A few times, I received meals that did not align with my dietary preference (no pork); Laura did a great job either providing additional meals or credit to my account."

"Super accommodating to my allergies, and all of the meals taste amazing! I suggest paying $20 for extra protein/veggies. Their salad dressings are so delicious, and I love the variety of the meals we receive each week. I even got my boyfriend to start using them! Best meal prep service I’ve ever used. Amazing customer service, too!"
