LBC Express - National City Branch

"Useless waste of time. Don't even bother. A hundred attempts before your call gets through and finally get to speak to someone. Can't leave a message because voice mailbox is full. Useless appointment basis pickup service. Didn't even show up. No call, no text, nothing. Just no show. Zero professionalism. Update: They came/called at around 6:30pm the day they were supposed to pick up the package. The scheduled timeframe was between 1pm-5pm. The pickup had to be scheduled another day. However, I have to give them credit for being consistent with their prices. It's very close to what they quote you with and stays that way every time unlike XYZ that gives you different prices depending on who you speak with. So, I'm going from 1 star to 3 stars."

"I used this courier if I need to send a small box quicker to Philippines. Staff is helpful and near a restaurant and a grocery stores."
