"I was referred to dr. Kagan by my primary care physician. I have been seeing dr. Kagan for over a year now. Yes sometimes I have to wait because he's giving proper care to others sometimes people have to wait because he's giving proper care to me. I find him to be a man of integrity as well as his staff. I have been frustrated and disappointed by the healthcare system of late. I can tell you that Steve kagen has never let me down and is always willing to share his knowledge and explain things so that you understand them. I left his office feeling confident that he had my best interest at heart and truly cared about his patients and his practice as well as his staff. A very friendly atmosphere. I believe a lot of other healthcare professionals could learn from his example."

"Office opens at 1:30 on Monday afternoon. We arrive at 1:30 to do paperwork for a 2:00 appointment. At 2:35 we are still waiting so we left. Not sure if the problem resides in scheduling or the staff itself. Either way, don't waste your time. Apologies don't make up for the time and $$$ lost due to incompetence. This was not the first time this happened, but it definitely will be the last."
