"I have recently taken my eye exam and chose a pair of glasses. I will get them in about 2 weeks. I probably walked around the store for an hour trying on all the glasses I liked. I felt like they gave me time to find the ones I like. And the staff were all friendly. I dealt with 3 different people, whether over the phone or in person. I will say over the course of them being in Grafton, I have always gone in if my nose pads needs fixing or if my glasses needed straightened. They helped me every time I came in. It gave me a perspective of how they treat customers over the course of months and that’s why I choose them."

"Excellent service! I came in with very damaged frames, needing both a nosepad brace/arm reattached, the frames readjusted, and a lens resecured. At first they thought they couldn't do it, but their technician (I'm awful with names but he was very kind) said he'd give it a try. He said it would take about twenty minutes, and just like that, twenty minutes later, my frames were as good as new. Definitely coming back in the future for any other repairs or services."

"Pretty satisfied overall. Exam was good. Eyeglass selection was limited in the size range I needed. There was some assistance that occasionally felt like the sales person trying to hover. They gave me my prescription to go elsewhere in case I found glasses that would be a better fit. No hassle, and they provided there price for my eyewear. Just wish they had some more selection in different sizes."
