"School is bad they don’t help children and especially Ms Inouye she expects other students to learn immediately. And the principal doesn’t do anything about any situation. Also the principal takes sides and which makes this school look like ass. Plus both the principal and vice principal are highly dislikable people. The woman principal is an old coot that is hard to work with, and the vice principal is constantly pissed off all the time yelling at minors lmao"

"From my experience, this school is like PRISON! First off, bullying was an issue because they didn't do anything to prevent it, and if anything happened no one would do anything to stop it. Next I would like to say that many of the students as well as teachers are rude or unkind. Also, like all schools, the cafeteria food is gross."

"If you have a child in special education classes, stay aware from this school! The staff at Pershing Middle School ignore parents concerns regarding bullying! My daughter was bullied for over a year and each time we spoke up we were told, ”children lie”. Up until the last day my children attended, no reports including the “investigation” they stated they did was never documented. I made several requests for documentation’s for each report I made and I have yet to receive a clear answer on how to obtain those reports. During the process of withdrawing my children from this school, the principal still did not have an answer as to why no documentation or reports are written when these circumstances of bullying occur. This school does not care for the children's safety. The Principal will not document a thing on a record indicating bullying is happening on her campus. I’m sad to know that a school with a zero bullying policy ignores parents and students who speak up on bullying. You will be ignored if your child is bullied. They will not document a single thing on paper. And when you try to be on working terms with the staff including the Principal they will make you feel as if your concerns and request or not important and will continue to give you the runaround. As a parent of a special needs child, I’m disgusted with how the principal and Special Education teacher handled themselves and this situation. Do yourself a favor and listen to your children when they speak out on bullying. No child or family should ever deserve to go through what my family and children recently went through."

"I don't attend but I got accepted! But we need busses to come to my area ! Why could there not be busses I don't even live that far!? Logan heights !!! Really no buses .-. And I got accepted I have no time for my parents waisting gas to go there ! Please fix I wanna get out the worst school in the district memorial prep it's the worst school ever I got into fight I won ! Anyways please fix this they called my mom saying yea I got accepted and the "PROBLEM." Is the bus routine ! I don't care if I gotta wake up at 3 in the morning I just want to go to this school! I had a field trip when I was in 5 th grade green elementary! Plz change this I'm getting tortured at memorial :( bullies it's hell!!!"

"This school is a joke. My 12 year old daughter went to 6th grade camp and pershing students beat her up to be more specific pershing boys beat her up guys that were twice her size punched and her suit case went missing. If you want good kids do not and i repeat do not send the to pershing!"
