Sky Sailing

"Took my wife and son here last week for an introductory flight with Dimitri. What a wonderful experience. The staff and Dimitri were very welcoming and the ride was unbelievable!!! The best rollercoaster in the world with no noise and beautiful views!!! We did the 40 minute introductory flight in the high performance glider. Both the wife and son absolutely loved it. We will be back!!! Thank you so much Dimitri."

"This was a surprise experience for my husband who has already been bungee jumping and sky diving and is a bit of a thrill seeker. We were a bit of a tight fit since we're both 6' tall but we squashed in. Our pilot was very friendly and full of information about the surrounding areas, pointing out landmarks during the flight. Toward the end he asked if we wanted to just drift down or do something a little more exciting. When we said we were thrill seekers, he did some dives and some spins. It was a ton of fun and the views were great. The landing was smooth and easy and everything felt very safe. Such an enjoyable experience, made better by the staff. We also got an SD card with photos included in the price which was great! Thank you for making this experience wonderful!"

"Well hello everyone this review is all about my beautiful goddaughter Avaya's 19th birthday adventure and it all start in the morning with a nice scenic drive to beautiful Warner Springs California to the airport there so she could go up in a glider from Sky Sailing for some stunt flying. Now if you love roller coasters this is like 10,000 times better. Ahe did loops, barrel rolls, hammer heads and more ..... she also got to fly the aircraft. Her pilot Garrett was incredible and one of the best in the country. She had soooo much fun and said this experience was definitely Bucket list worthy. I'm just so glad to be able to take her on these adventures. Stay safe have fun and keep the faith."

"Very cool experience. I had been reading about and getting interested in gliders and decided to take a flight. I looked online and found this place with good ratings. Once arriving, I quickly met the pilot taking me up and we talked for a few minutes. We then pulled the glider out and strapped in. Next, a tow plane takes us up and we go soaring! It was loads of fun and very different experience from a powered aircraft. We flew several circles around the airport and it seemed like was already time to land. The instructor let me fly it a bit and then he took back the controls and landed us. It was a vey quick but very smooth flight and landing. I’m looking forward to going again sometime and doing a longer flight!"

"Garret Willat gave me an incredible aerobatic ride over the desert. His acumen, guiding our sailplane through more than a dozen maneuvers (including 12 inversions) was impeccable. His calm demeanor gave me confidence when experiencing new physical sensations caused by the twists, turns, and stalls. I've been recommending this experience nonstop since I returned to Virginia and am even recruiting friends to fly back to California with me to try it for themselves."
