Precious Hearts Academy is a special education day school located in San Bernardino, California, dedicated to providing individualized and enriching educational programs for K-12 students with exceptionalities. Our institution follows clinical evidence-based research standards to promote holistic development in every student.

As co-founder of Precious Hearts Academy, Sharmel brings her expertise in nursing and ongoing education in Applied Behavior Analysis to support both the administrative and clinical aspects of the school. With personal experience as a parent of a child with autism, she is passionate about empowering children with exceptionalities and their families.

Jeevaka, also a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, understands the challenges and sacrifices families face. His background in behavioral health and administration has inspired him to establish this non-profit school to provide hope and support to families in the local community.

Francesca, with a strong commitment to serving diverse communities, contributes her experience from working in the nonprofit sector to Precious Hearts Academy. Her passion for caring for others shines through in her role as Director of Operations.
