"This gym smell bad. They need to clean it more often. The lockers are dusty and often have trash. The urinals and toilet are in bad shape. The Gym at Rancho cucamonga have always someone cleaning none stop."

"Usually don't have any issue with this gym, but for Black Friday they have posted hours of operation on the window and on the website claiming they open at 5am, but no one in sight and door is locked. Nothing better than sitting in the car with preworkout trying to give me a stroke waiting to workout. As of writing 27 mins past open with people in parking lot waiting. At least it's posted they're going back to their namesake's hours of operation, hopefully."

"I had left my stuff in a locker locked for maybe 4-5hrs max. They cut my lock nobody knew anything janitors left for the manager would have to call me the next day and they took my #. I didn't get a phone call from them and it took me calling the police and them coming out to ultimately my stuff back and I'm being warned/threatened that my membership could be revoked as we're posturing to the attending cop like I'm a disruptive force known to lash out & verbally accost staff or anyone else while I'm there...smfh"

"Gym equipment broken and haven’t been repaired in months. No toilet paper in multiple stalls. This is just a poorly managed gym. Sign up elsewhere. Update: 07/25/2023 - They have cockroaches crawling around the gym. Fitness19 down the street has better maintained facilities and equipment, they’re only $10/month, and are open later than “24 Hour Fitness”"

"Conveniently located right off 10 freeway. Lots of free parking available. Clean equipments and well kept machines. Restrooms need more cleaning specially the shower area. Pool temperature is perfect for the season. Staff are friendly and helpful."
