"You are most welcome and it was well deserved I did not know I had to bring my own box and everything that goes along with that to send it back out to Amazon but the girl there was extremely nice and polite and jocular in a professional way, and she explained to me step by step what I had to do.. I met a teacher there and I asked her if she ever heard of latch hook and she told me yes and they had them there, I haven't had them since I was 11 when my nana taught me, so I ended up buying two of them and I came to find out I have not forgotten how to latch hook, my nana, may she rest in peace, would be proud I also found Pop Rocks it's a candy which I haven't seen in about 40 years. I dealt with the evening staff, they deserve a raise, at the very least please tell them thank you. I'll definitely be back. Always j. A. S."

"Not clear marked in directions to the store. It’s in Michaels and there’s a little sign that’s too easy to miss when there’s a lot of traffic. Once inside very slow response. Once I did get a person she was great . She’s why I didn’t give one star"
