"10:30am appointment set and I arrived at 10 along with another driver. Called number on bol and was told when the crew shows back up from deliveries, they would unload us. They showed up and asked us to to move out of our doors so they could load their truck and go back out. Not acceptable at all! Made us both late for our next stops! Only reply we get back after making our grievances was, "What am I supposed to do?" What you can do is hustle onto the dock and unload us THEN you can go back to making your deliveries! People at home took the day off or stayed home to wait for you, truck drivers are doing everything they can to keep your appointments! THINK ABOUT THAT! Should be a $10,000 fine for treating driver like this. And another thing, we ain't your dogs so quit whistling at us!"
