"I had a very unpleasant experience with the final shipper AM/PM. The shipment was still inside the truck and driver insisted that I sign the receipt before he downloads the shipment from his truck. I told him that once he downloaded the shipment on curbside, it is then considered “delivered” and then I can sign. He then angrily told me that if I don’t sign first then he’ll leave. He then proceeded to drive away. I called AM/PM’s appointment person, Javeed. Javeed said he’ll talk to the driver and have him come back. The driver did return about 15 minutes later and he parked furtherest away curbside from my garage and dropped off the shipment there. The driver was extremely rude and unpleasant. I believe the driver’s name is Benjamin Ramirez. At least that was the caller ID when he called my cell and Javeed called him Benjamin. Very unprofessional. I hope UPS stop using this shipper."

"AMPM was hired, apparently, by UPS Freight to make a final delivery from a UPS terminal 30 miles from my house (and after it took 1 week for the packaged to travel 3000 miles). Repeated calls to a number I was given to find out when I could expect it went unanswered and it was impossible to leave a message as the voice mailbox was full. They finally called me 2 1/2 weeks later when, as it turned out, I was in the airport waiting for a flight and insisted on delivering immediately. I told them they could not as no one was there. Despite insisting that that it would be sent back to the East Coast, they did hold it until I returned. To further leave a bad impression the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional when he did show up. I do not know how they expect to keep business treating customers in this way."

"I ordered two toilets from a company through Amazon. For three weeks, there was no information or tracking number Finally, the UPS call center in the Philippines found the tracking number, said the toilets had been shipped to a UPS center relatively close to my home, and would be delivered to me by a subcontractor Michael at AMPM, a UPS subcontractor, was the first person in three weeks who took the time to locate my boxes—both on his computer and physically—and he scheduled delivery within a day of receiving them. Despite being at least as busy as everyone else, he took time to provide exceptional customer service."

". I am a former office employee of this company as well, and I had a completely different experience then others. My boss was always really kind to me on a personal and business level. Even after my employment I have maintained friendships with both bosses and Javeed. As far as being overworked - the main reason I left was because of lack of work and my desire to never run idle. They created a great family style environment and I dont believe they disrespect women. In fact one of the things I respected most and why I took the position was because the boss held the interview w an open door. I've never met a man more respectful of women. This is a trucking company, and their is a certain culture in trucking. Some people have it and some people dont"

"This is the worst place you can work at. I worked in their office for three months. One manager is unprofessional and harasses you. The other manager is hardly there. The dispatcher guy Javeed is mean and rude. He takes credit for the extra work you do. He blames you for the work he doesn't do. He lies on you to other workers to make you look bad. They look down on women. They over work you. They don't appreciate all the work you do for them."
