"She doesn’t work in Tustin office often. Difficulty getting appointment. Her advice, mediocre. Example: Recommended that we set up LLC through a different state for our rentals to make lawsuits difficult but when lawsuit actually became reality, no benefit. Filing has to be done for California and different state (extra work). Once trust is set up, any modifications will take months to coordinate. Not much money involved in modifications so least priority. Office workers are not well trained."

She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust.
