"I have been with this Club for over a month and I loving it more and more with each class. Each class is different than the one before and even if you have the same instructor. I was 3 sport athlete and have trained with many different trainers, but my body has paid for it. The workouts that I use to do, is just not pleasant anymore and the recovery time is far to long to benefit from them. However with Pilates, I feel the muscles engaging and the workouts are intense, but the impact on my body is just not there. I'm so happy that I finally started."

I was nervous to try Pilates on a reformer so I did and intro class and then private training with Emily. She is incredible and so knowledgeable.
