Navigator Schools is a network of four public charter schools located at 650 San Benito Street in Hollister, California. Our schools have a proven track record of success, with students three times more likely to be on grade level in reading by the end of fifth grade and twice as likely to attend college compared to their peers. With over 2,200 TK-8 students and 600 graduates to date, we are dedicated to redefining quality education.
At Navigator Schools, we embrace a student-led model known as the "Squads Model," placing students at the center of their learning journey. Our top-tier teams of educators continuously improve and innovate to deliver phenomenal outcomes for all students, regardless of their circumstances. Despite serving a population where 66% are socio-economically disadvantaged and 80% are Latinx, our students consistently outperform their peers, providing them with choices and opportunities previously unavailable.
Navigator Schools is currently seeking bids from licensed general contractors for the Gilroy Prep School Portable Relocation and Site Work Project. We are excited to announce Dr. Caprice Young as our new Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent. Our schools include Gilroy Prep, Hayward Collegiate, Hollister Prep, and Watsonville Prep, providing a comprehensive education for students from TK to 8th grade.
