"I had a very bad experience with selling a car with this bank. Firstly they made me come in 3 times and they were not able to finalize everything in one day. I had my title with all the paperwork with me but this bank doesn’t have a loan representation at this bank. Made this whole process dreadful and Danielle was not being helpful at all. Seemed like she just wanted to move on with us and not deal with us anymore. I’m a seller, I should come in for 10 minutes give the title and get my money. They took my title before giving me the money. Absolutely unprofessional and a very risky business. Spent at least 2 hours each day waiting. Definitely wouldn’t be working here ever again. Only reason for a 2 Star is because the manager was extremely helpful and was very nice and wanted to help us at much as she could."
