"Farnam Flats is a great place to live! In fact, when considering other locations, I’ve often referred to Farnam “having done it better.” Modern amenities, fantastic and efficient heating/cooling, pet friendly, and secure entrances are just a few reasons Farnam is my home. Kelly is an amazing manager with 10/10 communication, prioritization, and outreach. She even throws small parties for tenants!! Ever known a property manager to do that?! All in all I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks Kelly for making renting easy!"

"I lived here for two years. Amazing place to live that feels like home. Everything is built to look nice, and it is all amazing quality. It has a hotel feel in a good way. I highly recommend living here. It was hard for me to move out since I loved it so much. I can't think of any complaints I had living here. I never heard my neighbors being too loud, the AC/Heat is the best system I have ever lived with, the wifi is perfect, and all packages/mail are safe to not be stolen. 10/10 place to live"
"Farnam Flats was a great place to live. We recently moved out for personal reasons, but we loved living at Farnam Flats. The building was well maintained, the finishes are high quality especially for an apartment, and the staff was extremely nice and responsive. Kelly is a great manager. Highly recommended if you're looking for a luxury apartment in La Crosse!"
