"The guy was very rude. I was just asking why this random charge to my card. And he seemed bothered like I understand it. It's a dumb question, but then again, it's your job. You're getting paid to pick up the phone I don't complain when u work I don't think it's fair or valid. To have an attitude with someone just because they're asking about their Banking information"
"This state chartered credit union is toxic. The branch manager and their call center staff lie. They will steal your hard earned money. They are disrespectful to disabled members. People, please wake up and read the fine print prior to signing anything. How about name tags? I was in earshot of a branch manager loudly discussing a member's health with him in the lobby. This manager was not friendly. Possibly intimidating a member in a wheelchair. So please do your homework. Read the body language. Bank and credit union officials and staff are typically friendly, fast paced and relaxed. When they look and act stressed out it's for a reason."
"I really wanted to rate this place a 5 because the customer service is phenomenal but I also want to rate it a 3 because why why why is their ATM outside ALWAYS unable to perform basic functions after business hours? I find myself having to go to the Santa Ana branch just to use an ATM that's right around the corner from me. I have it a 4 because of the customer service but this ATM never fails to screw up my day."
"I've been a member for more tham 10 years, and its been way better than BofA, Chase, wells fargo. Even my kids and other family members became members, I recently fince my can loan with them and it was super great, with a apr of 4 7!!!!!I do want to thank Mrs Najera for all her help and advice. With all this help Ill be a Member for life and continue asking friends and family to become members.."
