"AVOID! The most unprofessional firm i have worked with. Do not waste your time and money with them. They will agree to work with you and later be MIA for days and blame it on child care. We met a person name Kayleen first week of February and she agreed to work with us and the deadline was April 15 back then. I was in touch with her via email. She kept saying yes she was working on our file and there comes April 15 and she said the deadline has moved to July 15. We have more time. She kept blaming all dealys on Covid. There comes July, I send multiple emails to follow up on taxes and she finally replies on July 16 saying she is processing our taxes and late fee waiver has been filed. I was like wait what? late fee waiver? we met you in february and you still need to file a late fee waiver for us?(this was after multiple attempts to contact her) She said i was being rude to her and she no longer can help us? how as i being rude? I followed up week after week and she was very unprofessional! its been 2 weeks she said she mailed our documents to us and we can proceed with another tax accountant and we still have not recieved anything."
