"Banking at its absolute WORST. You will never get any real person on the phone, you'll just be thrown into the black hole of their endless list of automated choices. They do NOT comply with IRS to send out required tax forms at year end, and they refused to update the address so I can't even get mail. Even when I write to them and include my phone number, no one responds. Did I say "Banking" at its worst? Forget that, I wouldn't even call this banking - more like pure torture."

"This branch told me they were going to process a new debit card and that it should arrive within 5-7 days. A week later, nothing so I call back and a rep said they never even processed it! Unbelievable! This branch used to be great and definitely isn't reliable anymore."
