Even though my husband had spoken to the insurance adjuster about the claim, I called Rosalie's office to ask a few more questions about what to expect and what the time frame would be for the adjuster's decision on the claim. I called a few minutes after closing and her assistant answered the phone and spent as much time as I needed patiently answering my questions and offering suggestions for how to proceed in dealing with the claim. He was kind and never made me feel like my concerns were a burden. We have found the same to be true when we speak to Rosalie and have had a very good experience with her as an agent."

SHE WILL NEVER CALL YOU ANYWAY, SHE USES HER SON TO DO ALL HER WORK AND THEY MADE MORE MISTAKES ON MY POLICIES...YES POLICIES..THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR A NEW POLICY EVERY CHANGE AND THEN BILL YOU FOR THE OLD ONE! SHE OWNS A UHAUL / FARMERS OFFICE AND SHE SHOULD JUST GIVE UP BEING AN INSURANCE AGENT! FARMERS IS GREAT BUT SHE IS UNBEARABLE!!"
