"We love coming to Dr. Duong! He's a wonderful dentist. He and his team have the best bedside manner and my 7 year-old looks forward to his appointments. The office is such a cheerful place to visit. My 4 year-old has Down Syndrome and Dr. Duong has been very attentive to her needs and little by little she's getting used to the visits."

He was nice and patient with my little one, he’d always make it clear to me what items are gonna check and be responsive addressing my concerns and questions. "Great practice for children! We love Dr. Richard and his staff. My family and I moved up here a couple years ago and began seeing Dr. Richard in the Fall of 2021! I have three children and they all love Dr. Richard and his staff. We are so thankful for their kindness, their patience with children, and the space they provide to make their patients feel safe! Aside from the quality care we receive the place is lively, adventurous, and fun! From the moment you walk into their suite the place lights up with kids friendly design: clouds hang from the ceiling, and a castle of prizes awaits post-care. They have several rooms each with their own fairy tale theme. TVs are provided above every chair to keep kids distracted from dental hygience work!! We love this small office, and we will continue to drive across town (Willow Glen) for our cleanings because yes, we love this place that much! "It was my daughter's first experience at the dentist. She was a bit scared and resisted lying down on the dentist chair. However, the hygienist was very patient, kind, and gentle. She did well to redirect and gain my daughter's trust. I appreciated that the hygienist explained to my daughter what she was planning to do and asked permission before starting, instead of forcing my daughter. There were no tears or crying. My daughter complied and did pretty well. Dr. Richard was also a pleasure to meet. He was gentle as he examined my daughter's teeth and he was informative with her dental health and ways too continue maintaining that health. Overall, we had a positive experience. Staff was wonderful, the facilities were very clean and orderly, ,and my daughter loved the themed room. So much, she asked me to take pictures of her with the decorations. I think we found our dentist!"
