"I went in for help booking a family cruise. I was told they’d have to do some research and get back to me. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard back, so called to check in case they’d misplaced my contact info. I was told I’d get a call or email back—another whole week later and still no response at all. Completely unprofessional—what a waste of my time. I guess they’re not interested in doing business, but it would have been nice for them to let me know instead of leaving me hanging."
