"(PDS-COMPTON YARD) This was my 1st job after relocating from Atlanta, GA to Los Angeles, California. I started two weeks after orientation. There are some amazing ppl who work there, and then you have your others. The one who stood out to me most was Isabella(PAYROLL) she treats drivers as if she’s above you, and you’re a second class citizen. She’s the definition of office politics, eavesdropping in on conversations, Micromanaging outside of her job duties, and I felt as if she had personal vendetta against me. What she said about me was nothing less of discrimination, but all is forgiven. I know she doesn’t represent the company as a whole, but she definitely tarnishes the image they are trying to portray to future employees. The ports are extremely slow right now, so the hours, and money wasn’t there. For the most part it was a very relaxed environment, but you’re definitely UNDER PAID in this position as a Port Driver."
