"Horrendous service. They were supposed to deliver a shipment today and called me this Tuesday morning to say they didn't have a truck "going to your area" until Friday. I said the reason I placed the order was based on the availability that it would be delivered Tuesday. I said if they couldn't deliver it according to the contract, they needed to hire another carrier to deliver it today or tomorrow at the latest. Instead, the shipment was flagged by the representative that "customer did not want it delivered today." No one contacted me with an update; I didn't find out the shipment had been flagged until I called them several hours later. Then when I asked for the flag to be removed, I was told that *I* would have to email the carrier and request that the flag be removed. Update: eventually, someone called me back to schedule the delivery. I again had to insist that three days late (Friday) was not acceptable and she was able to schedule it for Thursday. However, I made it clear that only a small box truck would fit in our neighborhood, and the representative indicated that they understood that. A 27' box is not small, and had I not been home with a neighbor handy, the delivery never would have happened as I had to borrow a truck and go meet the driver down on the main road."

"Delivery is very slow, It took 5days to transit an order from Los Angeles to Spark NV. The pickup on 04/23/19 is still at the original terminal of Compton for 3 days. And sometimes their drivers refused to load the loose boxes even if they accept the booking and scheduled. We used it because they charged less."

"I dropped off a shipment here and when it got to NY, it was totally destroyed. I have shipped the same item hundreds of times for my business and never have I had this happen. I filed a claim, but they won't pay for the shipment costs. Never again!"
