"Limited selection but this is the only Arcteryx outlet store in California and there aren't that many original retail stores here anyways. Would recommend but definitely temper expectations."
"While they have good prices, their sizes and colors are severely limited. If you wear a size medium or large it’s not worth going. Not to mention that they have virtually NO shell jackets of any kind even though that’s supposed to be Arc’teryx bread and butter."
"Their selection was not that great to be frank. You can tell the quality and selection were less than the regular store. The store had odd colors and odd sizes. Didn't end up buying anything. I usually come to the outlet for accessories that just aren't worth full price. Took a quick glance at the jackets and coats, not too many options or selection. I recommend going to their online store instead."
"The service at this store is exemplary. Employees are passionate about the product and able to make recommendations for your use cases. They don't accept returns but we're kind enough to let me exchange (same day, with receipt, tags still on) when I accidentally bought the wrong size."
