If you ask people in San Francisco, they usually recommend Livermore, and if you ask people in San Jose, they usually recommend Gilroy. Gilroy is a bit further away because you have to pass through San Jose, and although it is larger than Livermore, it is said that there are many cases where there are surprisingly few things. But these days, unless it's early in the morning on a weekday, it's crowded with people everywhere, and it's hectic, making things big and small. If you go early and start shopping, you can avoid the crowds and secure some inventory. The problem with the San Francisco outlets is that the parking lot is too small. It gets very crowded on weekends."
