"As parent who has a child that has been at Jo's Learning Academy for 7 years I have only good things to say . As I'm reading some of the parents reviews I must say that I am shocked , I have never experienced any of that . From the first time I waked in to Jo's I was welcomed, as a matter of fact I was scared and crying , I was a new mom and my baby was only two months old but to God be the Glory Miss Jo said to me , It is going to be alright child , for some reason that gave me much comfort , I felt as if a weight had been lifted off me . I was given a tour of the school and I was introduced to my daughter teachers , I was able to come and check on my child any time of the day and I was able to call and check up on her any time . I was never denied . As a mother you always have some kind of feelings about leaving your kid or kids with some strangers but this was not the case . Jo's learning Academy has become my family . As time progress yes my child has had some incidents, but I was always given a phone call when my daughter was wrong and when she was right . I have always been given the truth and for that I am thankful . I have so much to say about Jo's that it will take a life time to tell . That's how grateful I am to have been apart of the Jo's Learning Academy family . Now that its the last year and my daughter is a 2nd grader ,I can only hope and pray that God grant Jo's with a 3rd and 4th grade teacher so my child can stay with her family . My daughter is Naomi Newby and i am Annaya Brown her mom , and I am proud to say that we are a part of the Jo's Learning Academy Family."

"I can tell you from the perspective of someone who has worked inside of Jo's that this Learning Center is Awesome! The kids are very well cared for, disciplined, respectful and happy. The facility is sparkling clean and the organization is very professionally managed."

"Don't send your kid here they will come home abused with no call home no note. They will always blame the child and try to sweep things under the rug. Lost my baby clothes teachers don't watch kids. This school is a joke all they ever say is sorry sorry sorry sorry . The owner is never there out of site out of mind ."

"I have allowed this daycare to service me for over a decade and time after time they have proven to be unreliable. From closings to transportation. I have never had any issues with them as far as caring for my children goes but their child and teacher turn over it extremely high. My children cant seem to get comfortable with a teacher because they are not there long. The last straw for me was them closing on xmas eve and not notifying me of such. They were suppose to be open until noon but when I got there that morning with my child, they were closed. I will not recommend anyone sending their child to this daycare if you are like me, a working mother with not many family to help with babysitting. I need reliable child care services. Not a business that picks and chooses when it wants to conduct business professionally."
