"They were great when setting up the move, informing me of their rates (offered a discount for paying with cash, based on the size of the move, they recommended 3 movers), providing me a convenient time window, and moving things carefully. They followed up immediately after the move when they discovered that they hadn’t delivered one small item, wrapped up TV remotes and power cable, and dropped it off at an arranged convenient location and time. I happily recommend Royal Moving and look forward to hiring them again for my next medium to large move, since they have a three hour minimum. For small moves, I used TaskRabbit to hire a mover that had a one hour minimum."
