"Will nickel and dime you for everything. Paid a $125 non refundable paint and clean when we started our lease and got charged upon leaving a paint cleaning fee for damage caused by the maintenance personnel when fixing a leak. Would not negotiate and returned only a partial deposit. Garbage building with good view of lake."

"If you're looking for a new place that maintains their building and the appliances that are in the building this is not the place for you. In total they 8 dryers and 8 washer machines out of the 8 dryers only 2 work and the other 6 have been down for months and the washers 5 out of 8 work and it seems you lose a washer every week. When you have problems with stuff in your apartment it takes a while for them to address it. Melhus apartment management is an absolute joke. They stated they were going to bring a high standard of maintenance to this apartment building when they took over that has been found to be a lie."
