"These guys did an amazing job fixing my e-bike's brakes as long as other minor problems that were found while they were fixing it. The price for the repair was not bad at all and the customer service is honestly amazing. They have a wide variety of parts for just about anything you’d need and have some nice bikes in there as well. For sure check them out if you need repairs on your bike."
"Earlier this year I contacted "Will" the owner of the san marcos Joe ebike- to by a new ebike and he worked with me to upgrade the tires seat and an extra battery spent over $1700 and within a month the rear tire had the 1st of 4 "non-puncture innertube failures" caused flats costing me several hundred more $ in buying new "better" innertubes that kept"failing" including buying expensive protecting sleeves that all failed to stop the flats. My last effort to get this issue resolved with "Will" ended when he attempted to overcharge me for the last flat repair that again didn't resolve this issue and then did not respond to my request to get correct info why the upgrades I paid for likely have been the reason these flats have kept occurring so beware about his "expertise" and knowledge."

"If I could get this zero star I would, but I had purchased an innertube from them and I was also gonna pay them to install it, but they didn’t bother to do an inspection on the tire and it ended up puncturing the New innertube I just bought now however, they didn’t charge me for the installation, but they charge me for the dead innertube they put in. So instead, I had to go to North City Bike Shop By SirrJohn Moto. Highly recommend to go to these guys instead of this establishment. Something to note is that the customer service is so bad."
