"Outstanding service! My experience started with a pre-surgery (for total knee replacement) visit to checkout the facility and meet the staff. Never having any physical therapy, I was apprehensive, not sure what to expect. Meeting Robyn at the front desk alleviated those fears. She was cheery and welcoming. She explained the first meeting after surgery would be an evaluation to assess my therapy needs, and to develop a program to restore my full range of motion, as well as strengthening my leg and core muscles. Satisfied, I scheduled my first appointment after surgery. My evaluation was with Ben. He did a thorough evaluation; started me with stretching exercises. I progressed towards my goal of full knee motion with Ben’s and Beth’s guidance. Exercises were tailored to my progress and both were always there to answer my questions and concerns as well as making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Each visit started with a “Hi, how’s it going? You’re looking good, moving better” from Robyn during check-in. Sixteen weeks later I had the other knee replaced, and repeated the therapy, again with help from Ben, Beth and Hannah. Another great experience. Thanks! Highly recommend."
