"I recently drove to their ER department because of some worrisome symptoms that I thought might be heart related. I had planned on calling my doctor on the next day about how I was feeling, but suddenly the way I was feeling, I didn't think I should wait. I was seen immediately in the ER and the staff began asking questions and started the necessary exams and X-rays. I was so impressed by the care given. I was admitted to the hospital on an observation stay for further testing. The staff their were all very nice. They were all very gentle with drawing my blood (my veins are deep). Any tests I had were done with care. The food was good. This was my first overnight stay at a hospital and I feel I had quality care."

"I recently had day surgery there. The staff was very nice and bubbly. The only complaint I have is when I told the nurse to take my BP manually because electronically it reads higher each time it's taken. Well she soon found out the patient was right."

"i’m currently sitting in the emergency room (since 4pm - it’s now 8pm) with severe pain and gallstones (found out it was gallstones from urgent care). they are doing pretty much absolutely nothing. i’ve had these problems since june of 2022 when i was pregnant. here we are almost 2 years later and they still refuse to take out my gallbladder because there is no infection. i would give 0 stars if possible."

"This was the best customer service I've had in a long time. The receptionist Debbie was super friendly and escorted us to our location. The nurses Diane and Wendy were so kind and patient. They really took the time to make me comfortable. Dr Kim was also super kind and listened to me. I really can't say enough good."

"After I fractured my foot, the doctor only prescribed me 3 days of pain meds when my follow up appointment was 5 days away. Not only that but I was shorted and given 8 instead of 12. I requested a refill on the weekend and was declined. The triage nurse did not approve a refill but sent it to the closed doctors office because it was a weekend. I called back after getting no response and was prescribed 10. Still not enough to last a week after my injury. I finally get to the orthopedic doctor and he prescribes me the correct dosage to last me. I went to pick it up and got declined. I returned to the ER to demand help because this should never have happened. I should have been given a week supply as my insurance allows. One of the receptionists was rude and called security as a precaution (mind you im on crutches and wearing a boot) and the nurse told me I probably got prescribed so little because my injury wasn't that serious. It wasn't until I demanded to speak to a case manager that he said he would "do me a favor" and call the pharmacy. In between he tried to make me feel like being upset was unwarranted and gave me 0 validation. I felt judged and a bit racially profiled. If I break anything again I'd rather suffer and go to the next nearest hospital where I can be treated like a person in pain.."
