"‏A man named phillio ‏ He did not receive the shipment from me because he refused to help me lift it with the forklift (its 200 pound) ‏ He literally told me ‏ You have to put it on the pallet and pack it by ‏yourself, I won't use forklift to help you ‏ Because I discussed with him about damage boxes notice in the b of lading (after that I accept the notice) ‏ He treated me with utmost impoliteness ‏ Then he refused to Receive the shipment ‏Which led me to return it to my truck without any help from forklift (its weight 200 pounds) I ask estes do you ask your customer to help himself when he carrey 200 lb box and put it at your pallet? (He say I’ll not help you by put in the pallet I call his boss joe carranza and he taking no action ‏ Please, when you hire someone, please reveal their mental strength ‏ The entire conversation with guy was recorded by my phone"

I’d been waiting for this item since Last month. I don’t know which company was hired by Home Depot.
