"I had the worst customer service at this store. I came in for a pump hose i saw the machine i have and i had a question, So i saw a lady went to her and told her i have question about pump hoses " she told me 3 times i don't know " and then she walk with me where pump hoses are and she said it again " i don't know" a guy with glasses came by i guess he was management he look at me and said they are right there and started walking away. i been a Store Manager for big box store over 25 years and this customer service is unacceptable. If the guys with glasses is part of management he needs more training in customer service. I would not tolerate is from any of my management staff. I have a rally meeting every morning with my employees and talk about them important about customer service. The store Manager should always be aware what happens in His/Her store."
"I can't say that harbor freight have everything you need. Quality has gotten better I wish they had more products for a glass industry glass buyers glass runners straight edges that would be awesome. Thanks harbor freight maybe this will give you a thought of another industry you have most but not ours get more business if you did"
"Whenever I'm on this side of town I try to stop in. They seem to have more employees here than other locations; there's at least 2 registers open and they still have people restocking the shelves throughout the day."
