Welcome Centers staffed by guest relations representatives are available at many entrances to assist visitors in finding their way around the campus.
When ready to leave the hospital, patients can relax in the Discharge Lounge while waiting for transportation or prescriptions. Visitors are asked to bring a valid photo ID and comply with the visitor badge policy. The hospital also encourages patients to schedule appointments through MyChart for convenience.
