"Exceeded expectations! It’s been a long time since I’ve had my bike tuned, so looking up local bike shops, I found Ed’s and checked him out. He explained what was included with a basic tune-up and really took his time checking all the things. He swapped out a damaged derailleur, adjusted my shocks, tightened pivot joints and added in a disc brake mounting bolt that fell out. I certainly go my moneys worth and then some. He delivered on time and was appreciative of my business. Service with a smile is a rare thing these days, but you’ll find it at Ed’s bike shop. I’ll certainly be back!"
