"Drexel Town Square Urgent Care is horrible. This is is the 2nd time we have had to resort to this facility for our children. The receptionists are an embarrassment to the facility, they were unprofessional and rude both visits. The wait times were over 2 hours with no one in the waiting room and the parking lot was empty. If you can, do not use this facility. Go to South Milwaukee’s Physicians urgent care or go to an Emergency room. I do not write reviews, but this is something parents and others need to know. Stay away from their disaster of an Urgent Care facility."

"Do not bring your child here. Even when they are fully capable of taking care of your child they may decide to send you to Children’s with no explanation (even through the appeals process). My son was seen here for all of 15 minutes before the Dr decided to transfer us to children’s “because they were not equipped to provide an IV to an infant”. Even after admitting their mistake and ensuring they could provide and IV to an infant they stood by their 600$ bill on top of the bill that was sent by children’s.save yourself the time and the money and just go straight to children’s"

"Had a 9:00am appointment for a surgical procedure and as requested I arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting for near a hour I was told I wasn't scheduled. That's there way of passing the buck. It was extremely busy and the doctor was in and out in a minute saying she was too busy to do it today and will reschedule for me. I firmly believe I was pushed off the schedule to make room for others. Definitely not people oriented and refuse to except responsibility for their mistake by saying it wasn't scheduled. If it wasn't scheduled why was I told to be there 15 minutes early? What a scam."

"We were seen very shortly after our appointment time. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Healthcare providers were all kind, empathetic and patient. Doctor took her time with my mother during the appointment and answered questions thoroughly. Very positive experience."

"I came in with rapidly progressing peripheral neuropathy and left with a steroid prescription within an hour and a half. It is proving effective and I'm happy that my symptoms are plateauing finally. The wait times listed on their website were completely accurate and I was seen immediately. As soon as I gave all of my information they called me in. The entire staff was friendly and honest. The rooms are private and comfortable. I never felt like I was being judged or belittled. The phlebotomy was perfect and they took my blood samples efficiently and painlessly. I was asked which -additional- blood tests I wanted to get back instead of just being told what I needed which was a lovely experience. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and also told me what they didn't know, and I appreciate that humility. You are in good hands if you go here. I know if you're suffering it's hard to see things in a positive light but you get what you give and I gave positivity and light and I received that abundantly in return. I drove all the way from Racine to go here because Ascension ER is trash, and they need to take their money and devote it to completely refurbishing everything. Froedtert is superior and they really know how to design a hospital and treat their staff well with giving them the resources they need."
