"DO NOT GO HERE. They are not a true hospital, and if you have any serious medical problem they transfer you to another facility and then you are stuck with a huge ambulance bill. I was told since it was a transfer it would be covered and that my husband could not drive me, then recieved a $2200 ambulance bill."

"If you go to the emergency, don't bother, they will just transport you to another hospital. They have 10 beds in the so called hospital and they never use them. Not sure why you even built this in Oak Creek if you never can service anyone? Took my son there 3 times and each time he was Transferred to Menomonee Falls which is 26 miles from Oak Creek. So you pay $1200 for the rescue squid to take you 2 miles and then they call Bell ambulance to transport you again for another $1200. They can't handle anything over a hang nail and no one in the city of Oak Creek really care that the hospital is useless. The doctors in the regular services are very nice, its just the hospital that was horrible!"
