"Brokers/consumers, I would not recommend and will not again use Dot-Line. 21+ day transit from CA to FL and we had to intercept our freight from them with a different carrier to finally get it delivered and avoid further delivery delays. Updates and tracking information they provided never proved accurate, repeatedly were told the freight had departed CA only to later find out it hadn't and was still there. Initially Dot-Line wanted to charge $800 to release the freight at their terminal for us to have a more reliable carrier pick up and handle the delivery. There are plenty of reliable and budget friendly carriers out there so look elsewhere. Caveat emptor."
