"For the management attention and all the carriers dealing with this company: make sure you have in and out pictures of the load, very unprofessional crew at unloading. Erick, offloading the load with a forklift damaged the coil having the damage reported on our BOL . Asking for the coil number and prove of the damage as pictures, Joseph, refused to cooperate. The employees have very rude and unprofessional behavior and this has to be reported to management attention."
