"This is the second time I’ve had the issue of my notary appointment being cancelled because the notary “wasn’t scheduled for the time of my appointment”. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are not guaranteed to be there? Complete waste of time and unreliable. Especially when they notify you 30 mins before the appointment that it’s cancelled."
