"415 pound tool box in the truck standing tall ways 60wx22deepx37tall, the pallet is on the side of the box now, all broken, it was sitting on the ONE AND ONLY electric switch, the only thing on the exterior. It has a warning on the box in multiple places! For now on if I get something and they say it will be shipped by XPO, I will hire someone else. It really is disappointing to buy a $800 tool box and you do the ONE thing it says not to do on the box which leads me having a tool box with a broken switch. They knew they did something wrong, when I said "why is it standing like that?" There eyes opened high like a kid that just got caught doing something they shouldn't. A nicely asked if they could wait while I opened the box, they said no, had that look again and where literally driving off like a UPS truck. One jogged to the truck. Very very disappointing"
