"Long overdue review but this is the best UPS store!! We always have the best and smoothest experience with shipping, mailing, printing and even passport pictures here. Sean and the team were recently extremely helpful with a cross country move and helped us organize and send off 10-15 large moving boxes with no issues. Everyone at this location is so friendly, greets everyone (new and regular customers) warmly, and are great with any questions. This store is incredibly reliable. Our family always trusts their services and prioritizes using this location specifically. Thanks for the help throughout the years!"

"I have been using this UPS Store for my mail for 7+ years. Scott and Sean always provide A+ service. They are friendly, courteous, and have a good sense of humor. On a slow day (not very often are they slow...) if they see my car pull up, they will sometimes have my mail ready before I walk in the door! That is the kind of above and beyond service you get from these guys. I have had a UPS Store mailbox in 4 different states, over the past 30 years, and they have all been excellent. My UPS box is accessible 24 hours a day, behind a locked door, and I don't have to worry about package thieves stealing my stuff, while I'm at work. The address counts as a physical location, so things they won't send to a P.O. Box can be sent there securely. They can also sign for packages such as wine shipments or registered mail. This greatly simplifies my life as I can't be home at random delivery times. Also note that customers get an email and/or text when packages are scanned in. Note that I have absolutely no affiliation with UPS or any other related service, I am a scientist who works in a lab every day. Hats off to Sean and Scott."

"I go to this store all the time and Sean and Scott are always so helpful and nice. This store is very busy but they always work quickly to get everybody in and out as fasI as possible. I know some people have complained about their service, especially regarding Amazon returns… but I have only ever experienced smiles, an amazing work ethic and a willingness to help. They don’t get paid for Amazon returns… they do this as a courtesy to their customers and the community. We are lucky to have a UPS store so close that is able to meet all of our needs. Sean and Scott do their very best everyday and I hope people can be a little more patient and courteous in the future ."
