"Worst place to do a delivery. They took 7 hours to unload me live unload, no space to park, more trailers that they can handle it, need to improve speed and get more personal, it's not possible the times that they take for being a logistic company."
"Little overwhelming to pick up a item here if you are just a regular person and not a company with a big truck. If you are trying to do pickup you need to go to the back entrance on the other opposite side of the block."
"Had ordered a bumper for my car and it was getting shipped by pilot. Called the national phone number twice since my shipment did not show up on the delivery date and was told that it never got picked up and it was an issue with my vendor. Ended up calling the LAX department since it was getting shipped from California to Washington. I had a great experience with a representative who gave me the proper information and explained the shipping delay and how I will receive my item. Overall a great experience with the LAX customer service department."
