"Tried to have my old phone shipped but the guy was rude. I showed him the Tmobile label, he said it had to printed. I told him that the other UPS store told me the label could be scanned but they didn't have the proper packaging so they told me to come to this location. Mind you, they have printing services at this location but he didn't mention that I could print the label there. He then said they have the packaging but it wouldn't be free and asked if I thought it would be free. I've been here before and haven't had a problem so that's why I gave 3 stars. But if that guy continues to work here, I won't be returning and they'll get 1 star. I left and went to another store, which was very helpful! Update: I spoke with the manager of the store, who was very nice. Thanks!"
"Right when I walked into the store I was greeted warmly and was helped immediately. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and the whole experience was great."
"I have my PO Box here and everyone is so friendly including the Asian lady I think she might be the manager. Super helpful glad this is my place to pick up my mail. Would recommend getting a PO Box here if they have any available!"

"Went to this UPS store Thursday 6/15 around 12ish and Ryan was super helpful, courteous and kind. I had an Amazon return in a bag with a taped on label and thought it might be an issue, however it was not. Thank you for the great service and great employee."
