"I feel in my visit that I was rushed. I had a scheduled appointment for a physical exam. Had a brief discussion with the doctor about some concerns. He checked eyes nose and throat and was pretty much done. I thought the turn your head and cough came with the visit. I had a lot more to convey but was cut short. 20 minutes a customer I guess is what you get. . Maybe I've seen the before and after of days when health care was just that. too much business is not necessarily good business."

"Went in to the urgent care side about a month ago for a broken toe. Receptionist was great when checking in, and it was super quiet. Felt like the only person there! Didn't wait more than two minutes to get called back. Nurse was nice and helpful, x-ray lady was nice too! The urgent care doctor seemed like he was in a rush, and didn't explain anything besides the fact that my toe was broken, which sucks. Overall great experience! I am one who avoids doctors offices as Functional medicine is far more helpful. But when it comes to a broken bone, urgent care it is."

"I'm seeing that, as of now, all reviews are years old at this point except mine. I've never had a problem at this facility. My PCP is here and he's great (seeing him since before COVID); I've referred him to my family and they now see him as well. It's not the most recent facility but that doesn't mean it's bad. Even with COVID-19, the wait here isn't long. Sometimes it takes a little while after the appointment time but if you arrive on time, which should be a 5-15m before your actual appointment time, you'll get in as soon as they're ready. If they do get backed up, it's because they're busy or a patient took longer than expected. This happens. If you don't have the time to go to the facility and you're not looking for tests, try a virtual visit instead. You can stay home, use Zoom, and it's likely much easier. As far as I'm aware, there's no "just drop in" here - especially during COVID-19. You can easily make appointments by phone or, if you're seeing an existing doctor that's treating you, through the LiveWell mobile app/online. Someone complained about HIPAA violation in an older review (doctor gave info while the husband and kid were in the room)... Don't bring people in if you don't want them to hear your medical information. How can you expect a doctor to help you if you don't want them to do their job while people you brought with you are in the room? Anyway, you shouldn't bring people with you during COVID-19 anyway, unless you need them. Bedside manner? We love our PCP and everyone else here seems polite, if not a little overwhelmed some days. The only thing that's ever been a slight grievance to me here is that I sometimes have to walk a little further because no one is manning the reception for my doctor and the signs direct you to another desk to wait. I don't necessarily mind this but I would appreciate it being more obvious ahead of time to prevent the walking back and forth."

"I am so happy with Dr. Decker and the care she has given me over the years. Before I met with her I was experiencing a ton of issues with my asthma and being in and out of the ER. She got me regulated and have had very few and far between ER visits since. I love how she takes the time to sit and really listen to what is going on with you and in turn does her best to solve the problem."

"The nurse Mary was very nice. The physician's assistant was ok till I questioned the dose and type of meds. She then got irritated with me and was bordering on rude. I just wanted more info and other options. It was a bad experience and I will never return."
