"Please do not take your loved one here. They would tie my dad in a wheelchair for hours on end. He started to untie the contraption they had him in, so they then started tying it in knots. He would get that undone then they started covering the tied knots with a brace. They over medicated my father to a point he went into cardiac arrest and then they never took him to a real hospital once they stabilized him. They started him on medications that were not needed. His case worker Shelby told us that we needed to face it that we would never get him out of there. She sabotaged our referrals to get him closer to home. Theresa (Shelby’s boss) and Shelby refused to let my sister who was legal guardian meet with my dad’s doctors. Once they found out we wanted to move him closer to home they refused to let him go to important doctor appointments and would tell the UW he got combative. He had been to a few appointments previously and that never once happened. UW hospital was not happy with them. I told them we were done with them and they could start dealing with our lawyer. We had just got in contact with a lawyer to get him out when they finally let us get him into a new facility close to home. I beg of you please do not take your loved one here. This place is a nightmare! My dad is now in a facility where he is able to go wherever he wants freely with us. They are being very kind and gentle with him due to the treatment he received at Lakeview’s facility. We are in the process of getting him home where he belongs. Lakeview’s administration is a real problem. We are not done by any means yet I will not see this happening to other patients."

"The nurses and staff were amazing. I have never been treated so well in a hospital setting. They made sure my cousin and I were comfortabl during a very difficult time."

"Doesn't pay attention or honestly feels like they aren't trained enough for this. especially on 2nd floor. Rns act unprofessional rolling eyes and sighing when asked to provide a little extra care. Violating the comfort of my loved one. One nurse appears to be under the influence of a drug on the job grain of salt I suppose no proof. Find somewhere else to take your loved one"

"If i could give this place zero stars, I would. I have never left a negative review anywhere,let alone a medical facility but I feel this cannot go unknown. If you truly care about your loved one please do not take them to this facility. The lack of patient care and disrespect is heartbreaking. Very thankful to get our loved one out before anymore damage was done. Other reviews I have read state, "I don't know who is leaving such positive reviews about this place." I absolutely agree and wonder the same. Perhaps staff or someone that doesn't visit often, to witness what is really going on here. We did our research and read reviews, we were hopeful this would be a great place for healing and was definitely mistaken. Please keep a watchful eye on the care your family is receiving."
