"I have used the FastCare several times now and they've been great. I do make an appointment, but I've always been able to find one that day. The staff is friendly and are able to take care of issues like a suspected UTI instead of waiting at Urgent Care or several days to get into my primary. I'm very thankful these clinics have opened up."

"I've been to the Fastcare Sussex before and had a great experience. We went to this Waukesha location last night and while the person at the check in desk was friendly, we were told there were no walk in appointments available. This was still 2 hours before close. She did try and call other locations which all said they were booked. There were zero patients in the clinic so I'm confused as to how this is an urgent, let alone walk in, clinic."

"Whenever I have an urgent medical need (non-emergency) that another doctor gave me a bogus, ineffective treatment plan for, I go to this walk-in clinic. The nurse practitioner, today it was Gretchen Wagner, helped my daughter right away and sent me home with a new, real, and effective treatment plan with alternative options if something goes wrong. I feel like my daughter's wicked double ear infection and allergies to antibiotics is being taken seriously. They have completely fixed the poor, lazy judgement call made by Dr. William Mallott at Waukesha Ascension ER off of Sunset and St. Paul. Feel free to read my google review there if you want to know what happened. Much appreciation to Meijer's Froedtert walk-in clinic and the intelligent Gretchen Wagner, NP. I hate seeing my kid suffer, so I really appreciate it."

"I will never go to this place again, nor will I be recomending it to my family and friends. I went into the clinic today for a possible sinus infection and the NP had me so upset leaving, telling me I was on the verge of having a stroke because of my white coat syndrome. Yes my BP was higher than normal there, but instead of addressing the issues for which I came in for, she must have asked me twenty times if I had any symptoms of having a stroke. And I am not exaggerating. It got to the point that I was about to walk out. And to top it off, I happened to meet one of my friends in the store and her husband had the same experience that I did with the same NP. Come to think of it, I am not sure if she in fact diagnosed me with a sinus infection or not. Once she took my blood pressure, anything else that I went in for was over. Then she called my GP before I left to make sure I go and make an appointment with her without trusting me that I could do it on my own. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and certainly UNCALLED for."

"Second time visiting. My first time visiting earlier this year ended up being a severe infection and not only did they correspond with my regular doctor but they called me in a couple days to check on how I was doing. Went tonight for another infection and the NP was awesome and so helpful."
