"I went to Urology Associates for a prostrate screening. I would give their office and everyone involved with the initial visit a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, they mistakenly billed this to my insurance as a diagnostic procedure instead of a screening. After may phone calls of many weeks I finally got them to correct the situation so the my insurance paid them. As part of this procedure Urology Associates ordered a PSA blood test also with the incorrect diagnostic from an outside lab. This lab was also not paid by my insurance because of the diagnostic coding and they refused to change the billing code since they did what Urology Assoc. ordered. Urology Assoc. has been unable to resolve this after 5 months and I paid the lab bill out of my own pocket of avoid collection. I will not go back to Urology Assoc. again"
